I posted this article to our Facebook page the other day, but decided it should be added to the blog too. Nutrition, and the whole struggle of figuring our what should I be eating, what shouldn't I be eating, can be very daunting to a lot of people because there are so many theories and ideas out there.
I enjoyed reading this article because it gave me some new ideas of how to incorporate healthy fats to my diet in ways that sounded appealing.
