Nutrition, and the whole struggle of figuring our what should I be eating, what shouldn't I be eating, can be very daunting to a lot of people because there are so many theories and ideas out there.

Healthy Ways to Handle Food Cravings | Active.com

Maybe it's because I've had a "bad" food week, but I thought I'd share this article with you. I know my "bad" eating this week has been due to stress. I usually know better than to let my stress be the cause of eating foods I know I shouldn't, but hey, I'm only human and far from being perfect. But that's a good thing. It means I can still learn and grow.

So here's hoping that you can learn some helpful tips from this article, or if just gives you a gentle reminder of ways to combat those times when the ice cream or chips are not just calling your name from the cupboard, but are screaming your name like a banshee!
